Plan allowances
Family Starter includes 500 messages per child profile each billing period. Family Plus includes 2,000 messages per child profile each billing period.
How usage is presented
Parent dashboards show messages used this period for each child profile. Usage is tracked for clarity and family budgeting.
Payment infrastructure
SapioChat uses Stripe subscriptions and Stripe customer portal flows for checkout, renewals, payment updates, and cancellations.
